If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date, and we will provide a refund at the product credits that you have not consumed.

  • For package products, we will only provide a refund for a package in which none of the components has been consumed
  • For single-purchase products, we will provide a refund for service credits that have not been consumed. The refunded amount of these services will be the single-purchase pricing at the time of purchase. 

You can submit a refund request via the Contact Us page. Please provide the following information to help us identify the service credits that you are requesting refund:

  1. The name of refund product
  2. The quantity of refund product

Once the refund is issued, you will be notified via email.
